Be a Part of History...
The 25th Anniversary of the "First Flight of Tsunami" (August 17, 1986) will be August 17, 2010. As you can see by our photos and this web site; Tsunami is on her way.
With your help, we are rebuilding Tsunami to a flyable condition. Before we put her on display we want the original Tsunami to break the 3 km speed record (that was set in 1989 by Lyle Shelton in Rare Bear) as she was originally intended. We also are building a second aircraft that John Bjornstad will race on the air race circuit.
The restoration of Tsunami is moving along. As stated on the home page; we will have parts of her at Oshkosh 2010 for you to view. Please stop by and visit. Also, we need your financial support to continue the rebuild of Tsunami.
We have estimated it will take $600,000. If I had not witnessed with my own two eyes years ago your encouragement and support, I would have said this was impossible. I know this can happen!!!! Every dollar donated goes directly into the rebuild of Tsunami. Please reach into your wallets and click on the donate button today!!!
If you have an old car/aircraft/boat; we will except them for donation. The proceeds from the sale of your items will go directly into the rebuild of Tsunami.
